Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and technology. Direct the interdisciplinary care team via delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Reassess patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and provide education or referrals to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45–$57.29 hourly. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire
Desired Qualifications
