Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct care teams through delegation and coordination while managing priorities, supplies, and resources. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Provide accurate, timely documentation and maintain legal and ethical standards within scope of licensure. This role requires a current Registered Nurse license and BLS certification. BSN is required for new hires. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with 36 weekly hours and a salary range of $37.45 - $57.29.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
