Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team via delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals. Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise plans as needed. Provide accurate and timely documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with 36 weekly hours and an hourly range of $37.45 to $57.29.
