Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to prioritize patient needs. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as clinical outcomes change. Provide accurate and timely documentation while maintaining legal and ethical standards within the scope of licensure.
