Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to deliver patient care. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals. Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise care plans as needed. Provide accurate and timely documentation while integrating legal and ethical standards into practice. Maintain BLS certification and adhere to state licensure requirements.
