Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while prioritizing patient needs, managing resources, and coordinating delivery. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, ensuring education, referrals, and follow-up. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed. Provide accurate, timely documentation and integrate legal and ethical standards into practice. Maintain BLS certification and adhere to state licensure requirements.
