Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care for patients in the oncology outpatient infusion center. Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care while guiding unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and minimum one year of oncology infusion experience. Full-time 40-hour schedule with Monday through Friday shifts from 7:30am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Associate's in Nursing
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- OCN/ONS provider card
- ED, ICU, PACU experience
