Job Summary
Prepare exam rooms for patient appointments, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary equipment. Review medical histories, greet patients, record interviews and baseline information, and perform routine screening tests. Assist physicians with exams, procedures, suture removal, dressing changes, injections, and visit documentation. Provide post-care instructions, monitor inventory, and notify staff of supply shortages. Complete daily lab tasks, maintain clinic equipment, and record biopsy log and pathology results. Assist with scheduling tests and treatments. Maintain professional growth, participate in quality initiatives, and demonstrate critical thinking and clinical expertise in a dermatology setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- RN License
- Hours 7:30 to 5 M-F
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In person
Desired Qualifications
- Dermatology experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in Electronic Medical records
- Experience in scribing and documenting
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and service driven
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dermatology: 1 year (Preferred)
