Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, serving as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care. Carry out physician and nursing orders precisely. Requires Advanced Life Support and BLS certification obtained within 6 and 1 months of hire, respectively, along with a Wisconsin Board of Nursing credential. Join Ascension's Burn Unit/ICU at Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee in a rotating full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
