Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and manage treatments including IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care for home health patients. Educate and empower patients and families on managing health conditions while monitoring conditions to identify changes. Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions regarding patient care. Requires minimum one year of recent clinical RN experience with home care experience recommended. Offers flexible scheduling, paid training, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement.
