Job Summary
Provide general nursing care to clinic patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist physicians and staff, prepare exam rooms and equipment, observe and report patient conditions, educate patients and families about procedures and medications, triage patients as needed, maintain patient records and confidentiality, and participate in team-based care within Brown University Health facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid registration as an RN
- BSN preferred
- CPR certified
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Massachusetts RN licensure (preferred)
