Job Summary
Coordinate medical care for all individuals in the residences by covering varied services and participating in interdisciplinary evaluations to monitor and follow up on each client's individualized medical needs. Supervise client medication administration and ensure continuous care across the facility. Requires a current state license as a Registered Nurse with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in an Individualized Care Facility or Residential Alternative Facility for the Developmentally Disabled. A B.A. or B.S. degree in Nursing is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- 2-5 years previous experience as an RN
Desired Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience in an Individualized Care Facility (ICF) or Individualized Residential Alternative Facility (IRA) for the Developmentally Disabled preferred
