Registered Nurse Branson Step Down Unit - Full Time Night Shift

Job Summary
Assess acutely and critically ill patients in the Step Down Unit, performing diagnostic tests, initiating treatments, and assisting physicians with medical procedures. Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpreting electronic displays for intracranial pressures, central venous pressures, cardiac rhythms, and ventilator settings. Provide direct, individualized care to a diverse population while maintaining a 1:4–5 nurse-to-patient ratio in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Obtain BLS within 90 days and ACLS within one year of hire. Work night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) for 36 weekly hours at CoxHealth Medical Center Branson.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
- RN license active in the state of Missouri
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days)
- ACLS certification (must be obtained within one year of hire)
