Collaborate in establishing patient care plans and implement continuum of care for adult patients recovering from elective surgeries across specialties like general, orthopedics, and bariatric. Apply the nursing process to analyze comprehensive patient information, determine nursing diagnoses, and evaluate progress toward goals while providing patient and family education. Conduct primary care interviews, physical examinations, and evidence-based practice to ensure effective outcomes and a safe environment. Work three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., totaling 36 hours weekly including weekends. Join a brand new 17-bed unit with a 1:5–6 nurse-to-patient ratio, helping to shape team culture and support rapid mobilization and discharge readiness.
