Job Summary
Registered Nurse Brain Injury on 12-hour night shifts within the Northwestern Medicine system. Responsibilities include the complete nursing process from admission to discharge, coordination with interdisciplinary team, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and delivery of holistic, culturally sensitive patient care. Requires current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and either ADN or BSN ( BSN preferred); strong communication, documentation, and ability to work effectively under stress. 0.9FTE with 12-hour shifts; in-person at the Wheaton, IL location.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN license
- BLS CPR certification through American Heart Association
- ADN or higher nursing degree (i.e. BSN) or signed learning agreement required upon hire
