Job Summary
Provide care to adolescent and adult patients with congenital and acquired heart disease within the Boston Adult Congenital Heart (BACH) Program. Perform phone triage for routine and urgent concerns, prepare routes for diagnostic testing orders, and manage prescription refills via phone or e-prescribe. Support prior authorizations, referrals, and letters of medical necessity while delivering patient and family education and follow-up calls on test results. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in five 8-hour or four 10-hour shifts. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current MA RN license, and BLS certification. Ability to travel to satellite locations if operational need exists.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- 2 years of adult cardiac or pediatric cardiac RN experience
- EMR competency
- Current MA RN license
- BLS certification
- Ability to travel to satellite locations if operational need

- 3-5 years preferred
- acute care inpatient preferred
