Job Summary
Provide and monitor clinical care for residents across aged care settings, using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making and developing therapeutic relationships. Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve resident outcomes and contribute to a supportive environment with colleagues. Requires AHPRA registration and a minimum of 12 months RN experience; Australian working rights; NDIS Worker Screening or Police check (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication with residents, families and staff and a demonstrated passion for elderly care are essential. Located in Morphettville, south of Adelaide.
Required Qualifications
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
