Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse with Bolton Clarke, you’ll deliver a range of clinical care and support for residents across aged care settings, helping residents maintain independence and health. You’ll provide and monitor resident care, apply systematic clinical decision-making, foster therapeutic relationships, collaborate with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes, and contribute to a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The role requires effective communication with residents, families, and all levels of staff, and a strong commitment to the elderly and ongoing professional growth. Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- NDIS Workers Screen and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain)
