Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, provide and monitor clinical care for residents in an aged care setting, using systematic clinical decision-making and developing therapeutic relationships. Collaborate with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes and contribute to a supportive living environment. Demonstrate effective communication with residents, families, and staff, and maintain a strong commitment to resident respect and dignity. Requires AHPRA registration and a minimum of 12 months clinical nursing experience; willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screen and/or National Police check prior to commencement. Located in Parramatta with care services across the surrounding Western Suburbs Sydney facilities. Competitive salary and benefits for a non-profit aged care provider.
