Registered Nurse, BMT Clinic, 24 Hours, days

Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge using the nursing process. Perform patient assessments and reassessments according to standard procedures. Develop and coordinate individual plans of care, including discharge planning. Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic setting. Delegate tasks appropriately to others based on competency levels. Utilize current Massachusetts nursing licensure and BLS certification to ensure safe patient outcomes for the developmental age groups served.
