Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Elara Caring, you will assess patient needs and gather data across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors to inform the plan of care; conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations during visits; perform follow-up visits as needed; communicate significant findings and changes to the care team; revise the plan of care in response to issues; educate patients, families, and facility staff in the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care; teach hospice philosophy and pain/symptom management; collaborate with the Medical Director, attending physician, and branch leadership; and perform other duties as assigned.
