Registerd Nurse role providing person-centred care in Kenmore Aged Care Facility. Duties include assessing, planning, implementing client care within scope; creating/updating care plans; ensuring clinical quality standards; collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Requires AHPRA registration, nursing experience, ability to work AM/PM/ND shifts, autonomous time management, and probity checks. Required Qualifications
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
