Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in the community, provide person-centred care to clients on scheduled visits, assess and plan care, implement and update care plans, and ensure clinical quality compliance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, social and psychological needs, while spending the majority of time on the road delivering home-based nursing and support. Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, autonomous time management, and compassionate engagement to improve clients’ quality of life; handle travel between visits and adhere to safety and safeguarding standards within a not-for-profit and community-focused care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
- Vehicle to use for work - Essential
- Confidence in time management and autonomous work style
- Probity checks required by legislation or policies
