Job Summary
Provide person-centred nursing in the community with scheduled client visits, assessing, planning and implementing care within scope; create and update care plans to reflect evolving needs; ensure clinical quality and compliance; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; travel between Biloela and Monto areas to deliver community care; employment is permanent part-time with a not-for-profit employer (BlueCare/UnitingCare); hold current AHPRA registration and an unrestricted work entitlement, plus a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for work.
Required Qualifications
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Vehicle to use for work (roadworthy & insured)
