Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement person-centred client care while considering physical, social, and psychological requirements. Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs and ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members during scheduled community visits, working autonomously with no two days ever the same. Maintain a current Australian Driver's Licence and roadworthy vehicle for daily travel across Warner, Petrie, Albany Creek, and surrounding areas. Provide safe, nurturing services aligned with UnitingCare's child-safe standards and child-friendly protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
