Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family centered care. Teach patients and families using familiar language, coordinate referrals, and maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements. Work nights at Blount Memorial Hospital in the Family Birthplace department, with potential weekend, holiday, and on-call scheduling.
