Registered Nurse, Birth Center, PRN Nights

PRN Night shift RN at Vanderbilt Birth Center working with a team including Certified Nurse Midwives to provide unmedicated labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. Applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, educate patients and families, and coordinate care across the continuum. Requires experience in L&D, Mother/Baby, NICU or related birth work; responsibilities include collaborating on the plan of care, analyzing patient information, applying evidence-based practices, ensuring patient safety, and supporting continuous improvement in care delivery.
