Job Summary
Provide exceptional patient-centered care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery by assessing, monitoring, and responding to changing maternal and fetal conditions. Develop individualized plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians and midwives. Utilize fetal monitoring and diagnostic data to guide decisions while participating in bedside handoffs and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional growth through certifications and continuing education. Full-time nights shift; transition cohorts available for January and February.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN License or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Previous RN experience in an acute care or applicable clinical setting
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and perform direct patient care activities
- Full-Time Nights
