Job Summary
Assess, monitor, and respond to changing maternal and fetal conditions while providing exceptional patient-centered care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery. Develop individualized plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians and NICU specialists. Utilize fetal monitoring and diagnostic data to guide decisions, participate in bedside handoffs, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Maintain professional growth through certifications and continuing education. Full-time night shifts available with January and February transition cohorts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN License or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Previous RN experience in an acute care or applicable clinical setting
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS
- NRP
- S.T.A.B.L.E.
- C-EFM
- PALS
- Other unit-specific certifications as required
