Job Summary
Plan, direct, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and anesthesia teams to ensure continuity for mothers and newborns. Provide labor and delivery support while maintaining current NRP and BLS certifications. Work straight nights from 7pm to 7:30am every two weeks, with rotating holidays every third weekend. Earn pay ranging from $41.32 to $68.11 per hour based on degree, including an eligible hiring bonus for external candidates. Join a 25-bed critical access hospital offering full imaging, laboratory services, and extensive outpatient care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing or higher
- Registered Nurse (RN) Current Minnesota RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) current certification
- Labor and delivery experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRT) Current NRP certification required
