Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for assisting in development of care protocols, establishing program goals for patient care, engaging patients and families in health care strategies, monitoring care access, participating in performance improvement and QI activities, staff training, managing triage and after-hours on-call duties, patient education on health promotion and disease prevention, coordinating patient flow through clinic, and delivering nursing care within the Kentucky RN Scope of Practice. Prenatal workups (if applicable) and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
- BLS, ACLS and PALS certified
- Previous experience in Primary Care, ER or Med/Surg preferred
