Job Summary
Conduct outpatient hemodialysis care within a 9-chair clinic at Central Vermont Medical Center, operating Monday through Saturday. Maintain current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont and hold at least one year of prior or current dialysis experience. Complete required ADN training, with BSN preferred, while adhering to structured preceptorships and continuing education opportunities. Deliver care under great patient ratios and utilize safe patient handling equipment. Participate in shared governance to provide input on unit operations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
- ADN
- At least one (1) year of prior or current RN dialysis experience
