Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric care on a high-impact adult stabilization unit, supporting rapid stabilization and safe discharge planning. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and care management within a team-based model. Manage patient care through the nursing process, develop care plans utilizing established protocols, and evaluate patient response to treatment. Monitor progress and prepare patients for discharge while supervising team delivery of care. Requires a Registered Nurse license with less than one year of experience.
