Job Summary
Complete admitting and shift assessments on behavioral health patients, analyzing data to notify physicians of condition changes. Participate in developing and evaluating multidisciplinary treatment plans while documenting all nursing care and physician orders. Monitor patients and environments for safety, serving as a clinical resource to supervise LPNs and techs. Educate patients and families based on assessed needs, applying evidence-based practice to address age-specific and clinical requirements. Maintain constant alertness and adhere to professional nursing standards and ministry policies throughout the night shift.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
