Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health, Adult Unit. Provides direct patient care to behavioral health patients, completes admitting and shift assessments, analyzes patient data with critical thinking, participates in treatment-plan development, documents nursing care, and educates patients and families. Supervises care delivered by LPNs and techs, adheres to nursing standards, and applies evidence-based practice to care for adult behavioral health patients in a night-shift, full-time role with weekend/holiday requirements and sign-on bonuses for external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- RN license in state of Missouri or eligible for licensure via compact state licensing or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) HealthCare Provider (AHA)
- Experience: No experience required
