Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Ocean County Visits team. Responsibilities include monitoring clients' conditions, following up with, executing, and documenting doctors' orders, performing client assessments, case management and coordination, accurately documenting observations and evaluations, and traveling to clients in the local area on a schedule that fits your needs. The role offers paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online, with clinical support available 24/7.
