Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA in Philadelphia, PA. Full-time, salaried home-health RN providing 1:1 skilled nursing and supportive care in patients’ homes per individualized care plans. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, treatments, assessments, patient and family education, and monitoring condition. Requires PA RN license and ability to travel to cases. Strong communication, compassionate care, and reliability are essential. Flexible scheduling options available (full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call), with 1:1 hands-on training and 24/7 clinical support. Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability
