Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in patients' homes, including medication administration, wound care, and comfort treatments. Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor conditions from hospital discharge through independent living. Maintain a calm presence with active listening and strong communication skills while traveling to assigned cases. Requires an active Pennsylvania RN license with one year of clinical experience preferred. Full-time or part-time scheduling available with daytime hours, supplemented by virtual learning and 24/7 clinical team support.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
