Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care while monitoring conditions and reporting changes. Execute and document doctors' orders as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team providing palliative care to enable patients to remain at home. Handle occasional after-hours and weekend on-call rotations. Requires an active PA RN license with one year of hospice experience preferred. Full-time daytime shifts offer great work/life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- One year of hospice experience strongly preferred
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required
- A calm and reassuring presence
- Active listening skills
- Excellent assessment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
