Registered Nurse - Baptist ICU - PRN

Provide expert nursing care in the ICU setting, evaluate patients, administer care, recognize complications, and coordinate with the critical care team. This role uses advanced skills to care for patients who are critically ill and at high risk for life-threatening health problems, responds to life-saving situations, applies nursing standards and treatment protocols, advocates for patients, and educates families. The nurse works with increasing independence to assess needs, direct patient care activities of ancillary personnel, and maintain professional nursing practice.
