Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Lead patient assessments, supervise care, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, uphold patient safety, and support the rehabilitation goals using individualized, compassionate care. Requires valid RN licensure; ACLS preferred and CRRN certification encouraged; experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred. Day shifts with rotating weekends for full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
