Job Summary
Provide one-to-one respite, palliative, and bereavement care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families at Little Harbour. Build relationships with children and families both at the hospice and between visits while supporting staff in a welcoming, well-equipped environment. Deliver care for children with complex needs or chronic illnesses as part of a committed team offering excellent working conditions. Commit to working rotating shifts up to 12.5 hours across weekdays, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with a minimum requirement of 10 shifts annually.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Experience in caring for children with life-limiting conditions
- Experience in caring for children with complex needs
- Experience in caring for children with chronic illnesses
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
