Job Summary
Registered Nurse on a 24-hour weekly schedule providing direct and indirect nursing care across acute care units, including med/surg and telemetry, with responsibilities such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications, documenting care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating patients and families, responding to emergencies, maintaining patient confidentiality, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Roles require compliance with applicable state nursing practice standards, licensure, and unit-specific protocols, with certifications and competencies ensured for ongoing practice across assigned units.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS required with BLS for RN positions on Telemetry, ICU, ED, Cardiac Rehab, Endoscopy, LDRP, PACU, Med/Surg
- NRP/PALS as required with ACLS and BLS for specified units
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- New Graduate Nurses accepted for some positions
- 2 years of experience in acute care preferred
