Job Summary
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care, facility policies, and applicable state/federal regulations. Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with facility standards. Required Qualifications
