Job Summary
Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and administer medications as prescribed. Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients through clear communication while adhering to clinical protocols and infection control standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Nursing with an active STR Ners, one year of clinical experience, and willingness to meet NMBA and AHPRA registration requirements. IELTS Academic (overall 7.0) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Nursing
- Active STR Ners (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse
- Willing to achieve IELTS Academic (target overall 7.0), OR equivalent
- Willing to meet the registration requirements set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong motivation to pursue an international nursing career
- Adaptable, responsible, and able to work in a professional healthcare environment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably in a hospital setting, medical-surgical / general ward / ICU / ER
- Experience in aged care
- Candidates with existing English test scores
