Job Summary
RN role focuses on monitoring study participants’ vital signs and safety during research sessions; perform health assessments, monitor vitals, and communicate with the data collection team to manage participant safety. Responsibilities include recording vitals, reviewing readiness forms, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation. Requires strong nursing skills, teamwork, attention to detail, quick decision-making in emergencies, knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality, and GA RN licensure with 2+ years of experience (clinical or research) plus BLS/ACLS.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or research setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
