RN Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) prepares assessments for residents to ensure services are appropriate and effective; ensures compliance with Medicare/Medicaid programs and maintains clinical assessment standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current/active license for Registered Nurse
- MDS coordinator certification
- Clinical Experience in a nursing facility
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
