Job Summary
Provide person-centered nursing care to support behavioral health treatment in AllHealth medication services clinics; administer medications (including long-acting injectables), monitor client health, document in the EHR, support the psychiatrist, assist with community-based blood draws and lab coordination, and educate clients and caregivers on medications and treatment instructions. Coordinate with community providers to ensure continuity of care, perform nursing interventions within scope of practice, and contribute to assessments and psychosocial supports to promote stability, independence, and positive long-term outcomes for clients in the community. Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in the Ascent program in Littleton, CO, with a compensation range of $80,000–$90,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health or a related setting
- Experience in nursing assessment, care management, and coordination of psychotropic medications
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential on-call responsibilities
