Job Summary
Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and develop nursing plans of care for assigned patients. Participate in treatment team conferences to plan and revise goals, objectives, and interventions based on patient status changes. Implement care plans and co-lead group therapy sessions while evaluating patient responses to adjust interventions as needed. This PRN rotational shift role is within the Behavioral Health department at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
