Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (PRN Pre-Op/PACU) provides comprehensive nursing care in the pre-operative and recovery room setting under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include ensuring nursing care is delivered with maximum support, effective communication with patients and healthcare staff, and performing well under pressure in emergency situations. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania nursing license and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recovery Room or Pre-Operative care. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing
- Current Pennsylvania licensure
- 1-2 years Recovery Room and Pre-Operative experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
